1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by MindAlchemyCo. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. MindAlchemyCo provides personalised, one-on-one online sessions conducted via Zoom for personal insight, emotional awareness, and personal development.

2. Session Information

All sessions are 90 minutes in duration. Sessions are conducted online via Zoom only. Sessions are available to English-speaking clients worldwide. A Zoom link will be emailed following booking confirmation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have stable internet access and a suitable private environment for the session.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings are completed online. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. All payments are securely processed via Square. Payment processing is encrypted and handled directly through Square’s secure platform. MindAlchemyCo does not store payment details. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time are charged in full. No-shows are charged in full. Late arrivals will not extend the session beyond the scheduled time.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for no-shows. No refunds are provided once a session has been delivered. A full refund will be provided if the practitioner cancels the session. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.

6. Discovery Calls

The 60-minute Discovery Call is offered free of charge. Discovery calls are intended as an opportunity to discuss your current situation and determine whether working together feels appropriate. There is no obligation to book a paid session following the Discovery Call.

7. Disclaimer

MindAlchemyCo sessions are for personal development, reflection, and general guidance only. Sessions do not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, psychiatric treatment, mental health treatment, provide diagnosis, replace therapy or clinical care, or replace emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, you should seek assistance from a qualified medical or mental health professional immediately. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to attend sessions voluntarily, participate in good faith, take responsibility for their own personal decisions and actions, and seek professional support where necessary. MindAlchemyCo does not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted in a confidential manner. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed except where required by law, including where there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

10. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All materials, frameworks, content, and written information provided by MindAlchemyCo are protected by copyright. You may not copy, record, distribute, share, or reproduce any session content or materials without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MindAlchemyCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in sessions.

12. Agreement

By proceeding with booking and ticking the acceptance checkbox at checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, agree to be bound by them, and understand payments are processed securely via Square.
